Yes, absolutely. Aarogya Wellness is a strictly professional, wellness-focused, and family-safe establishment. We operate purely on an appointment basis to ensure maximum client privacy, safety, and a calm, quiet residential experience. We do not support or offer any inappropriate or non-therapeutic services.
Hygiene is our highest priority. We use disposable sheets, single-use body wipes, and thoroughly washed/sanitized towels for every client. All therapy equipment and surface areas are completely disinfected before and after every appointment. The therapist strictly washes hands and follows health and safety guidelines.
Yes. To guarantee complete privacy and zero overlapping client times, we operate strictly on an advance booking schedule. We recommend reserving your preferred slot at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend slots.
We are located in Pune, Maharashtra. We are open Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Bookings can be made for slots within these hours.
Yes! Before beginning, you can communicate your therapy goals (such as stress relief, lower back stiffness, or neck pain) and state your preference for light, medium, or deep pressure. You can also opt for either traditional Ayurvedic warming oils or cooling lavender aroma oils depending on your mood.
